Join the Lab

The Culture and Belief Lab is new to the Psychology Department at York University in Toronto, Canada.  We study the cultural evolution of diverse worldviews, including religion, supernatural belief, morality, causal explanations, and prosocial behaviour.

We welcome diverse perspectives and want a broad range of lived experiences represented in the research conducted in the lab. We especially encourage applications from students from marginalized groups (including, but not limited to, on the basis of race, gender and gender identity, and religious affiliation).

 

Graduate Students

Dr. White will probably not be accepting new graduate students for the next academic year (2023 – 2024).
